Refund policy

We have a No Return and No Refunds policy at this time. As each item is custom made by our partnering design house and we do not carry any inventory, we are unable to accept returns at PML.

Items sent back to us requesting a return will not be accepted.

This policy is subject to change as PML grows, however at this time we do not yet have the infrastructure to manage returns and returned items. Please note this prior to placing your order. Thank you for your understanding.
